"I can’t say enough positive about Amanda and her team! I switched to her office when my previous State Farm agent retired and this office has been a pleasure to deal with! We haven’t had any claims recently(thankfully), but have no doubt the team at Amanda’s agency will be right there for us if and when we need them! I’ll add to/update this review to say we have had a claim now, and my opinion has not wavered. Our vehicle was hit by another driver (no fault of ours) and Amanda and her team were available for consultation when needed, and everyone I dealt with at State Farm was incredibly courteous, kind, and professional. "I don't even care what any other insurance companies prices are at this point. Every single time I call in to the office in Hampden, I ask five hundred questions and waste a half hour of these ladies' time, and they happily tolerate it, and give me as long as I need to wrap my brain around all this legal jargon. I've learned so much from them just because they're willing to answer questions, and I feel like I ACTUALLY understand what it is I'm paying for. They're also the only company I've worked with that suggests alternatives that will save me money. Most companies want their representatives to keep those little tricks under wraps, but not with these folks. Regardless of how you feel about insurance, if you have a vehicle, or a home, or a business, whatever, you need to have it. Letting these ladies handle it is the best thing you can for yourself in this pocket of life. Truly amazing service. I've moved to another town and have an office around the corner, and yet I will still only work with the Hampden office. 5/5, 10/10; their service is unmatched."

"As a customer State Farm for close to 20 years now I was very happy to speak with the representative at the hand in office today forgive me if her name isn't completely in front of me I apologize for that but she is amazing at customer service, kindness, compassion and most of all understanding.
